It contains the copyrighted INMOS sources of the occam compiler for the Transputer plus support libraries. From this set of sources, you can _ONLY_ build the following program: oc - INMOS occam2 compiler You CANNOT compile the Transputer libraries from the source here without the following INMOS toolset program: ilibr - INMOS toolset librarian tool You CANNOT compile Transputer programs with this compiler without the following INMOS toolset programs: ilibr - INMOS toolset librarian tool ilink - INMOS toolset linker tool icollect - INMOS toolset collector occonf - INMOS toolset occam configurer (plus other related programs imakef,icvlink,...) CONTENTS The directory structure is as follows: oc-src.tar.gz UNIX version of the source tree, in one large gzipped tar file. This is the recommended way to get the sources. oc-bin-sun4.gz sun4 binary of the INMOS occam 2 toolset compiler for transputers built from the above sources. oc-bin-ta.tar.gz 'ta' (T8/4) binary of INMOS occam 2 toolset compiler for transputers built from the above sources. docs/ Documentation in gzipped PostScript for the compiler. This includes details of TCOFF, the linker and the compiler specification. msdos/ If you have an overblown interrupt handler pretending to be an operating system, the MSDOS source files can be found here. All the sources are split into little ZIP files and appropriate programs and batch files are present to reconstruct the source tree. SUPPORT/WARRANTY/BUG FIXES There is no warranty for this set of files and INMOS especially are not interested in bug fixes.
