Does anyone know of any other surveys of parallel programming models,
interpreting that loosely. I'm aware of

@techreport{turcotte,
	author= {L.H.Turcotte},
	title = {A Survey of Software Environments for Exploiting
		Networked Computing Resources},

}

@techreport{perrott,

	title = {Language Constructs for Data Partitioning and Distribution},
	institution = {Department of Computer Science, Queen's University
		of Belfast},
	year = {1993},
}

@article{bal,
        author = {H.E. Bal and J.G. Steiner and A.S. Tanenbaum},
        title = {Programming Languages for Distributed Computing
                Systems},
        journal = {Computing Surveys},
        volume = {21},
        number = {3},
        month = {September},
        year = {1989},
        pages = {261--322},
}

Pointers to others would be appreciated. I'll post the refs if there are
a signficant number.
