I'm taking a graduate parallel computing class, and we've been assigned a
project using MPI. It's not a huge project, but not a trivial one either.
The project is due in nine days. I was wondering if anyone could
recommend a tutorial site on the Web for learning the basics of MPI
fast--in a couple of days or so. It's not as if I'm just procrastinating
either--the project was only assigned 4 days ago, and all we know about
MPI is what little was touched on during one lecture.

We've been given a Web page to look at:

   http://WWW.ERC.MsState.Edu/mpi/resources.html,

but since I don't really don't know anything about MPI in the first place,
it's extremely difficult to tell which of the tutorials, etc., would be
really helpful. I don't need to know everything about MPI--just the
basics.

I would be *extremely* grateful to anyone who could recommend a good,
simple, fast tutorial for MPI. Soon. :) Thanks in advance.
