I can't seem to find the reference to a different picture of the penguin in both threads. Perhaps you can be more specific? Driven by an unknown, benevolent force, I did eventually land on http://www.ssc.com/linux/lsb/listing and found a standing speaker-penguin logo there but I don't think that match much of your description. Any help would be appreciated.
