I have recently put a second version of my binding of Ada95 and MPI on
the web. Some of the features are

Object-Oriented methods are used for a communicator class (similar to
C++)

Generic packages with respect to the type of the message.

The gnat compilation system was used for the Ada compilation and the
system will run on linked workstations and the IBM SP2.
