Please tell me where you've seen these.  Also, look at http://www.hal.com/ssd
for info on their Mercury Interconnect, which can be used as a processor 
interconnect for many many PII machines, as well as others.

Also, although linux on Sparc is less mature, Sun now has some cheap 
UltraSparc machines.
