Hello,

Does anyone happen to know if the new MSMQ (Microsoft Message Queue Server)
technology is suitable for doing some of the things that MPI does? Is it
useful for peer-to-peer communications or is it primarily client-server?
What kind of latencies are involved? What kind of bandwidth is possible?
etc.

Also ... I have been out of the PVM/MPI loop for a couple of years. Anyone
care to comment on whether one or the other of these has become or is likely
to become predominant? Are they converging or have they found distinct
niches?

Thanks,
Wesley,
