_MPI data-type Tools_

Announcing new tools, available to use on the web, or to
download for execution on the user's computer: AutoMap and AutoLink
2.1

Please send us a feedback if you use them. The address is :

--------------------

AutoMap is a tool that automatically translates C language
data-types into MPI data-types. AutoMap is a source to source
compiler that reads C programs, then outputs a C file containing the
requisite C code in the form of a new procedure, "Build_MPI_Types()",
which creates the MPI data-types. AutoMap also generates include files
for AutoLink to have specialized functions for its routines.

AutoLink is a tool that will allow the use to transfer dynamic
data-types from one MPI node to another. Dynamic data-types being
data-types like graphs or trees, ...

AutoMap is available for use directly on the world wide web,
or as an executable that can be downloaded for use on individual's
computer. It has been developed by "Scientific Applications Support
Project" [SASP] at NIST [National Institute of Standards and
Technology].
