Hi Seungkoo,
have a look at thi MPI site: http://www.mcs.anl.gov/mpi/index.html.
There is some tutorial material around.

2 books about MPI:
W.Gropp, E.Lusk, A.Skjellum: Using MPI, MIT Press
  from the MPICH crew, can be used as tutorial and ref.
M.Snir,...: MPI The Complete Reference, MIT Press
  also good for both purposes
