we are adult and responsible... the delete button
is juste a small gesture, which as you say, we become more
and more trained about.
as long as noise is under 20%
why slow down this useful and professional newsgroup ?

if noise became more sensible
why not moderate "a prosteriori", ie cancel articles
that are out of scope the day after...

then if noise is important, automatic temporary cancel can be an issue
(cancel on pattern and resend on moderation)

IMHO, all this is much more fault tolerant, and need less effort from
volonteers like you.
