I am a last semester Ph.D. student, and I am wondering if
there is a journal for parallel  computing.  My code runs in

parallel very efficiently.  Two processors cut wall time
about in half.  This scaling behavior continues up to the 20

processors to which I have access.  I was thinking of
writing an article on the system, techniques, and
performance.  Also, could you tell me if this kind of
performance is good?  What level of performance is average,
and what is great. Performance
