Hi Mohd,
MPICH Install Guide, part 11, page 30 (at least in v1.1.1). All files
of the perftest subdir should be included in the distribution.
Just try 'make'...

If you're interested, i have a short shell-script, which calls mpptest and
goptest with various parameters, collects data and generates ps plots.
