look here
http://dsg.dei.uc.pt/w32mpi/intro.html
for WMPI which is a Windows NT implementation of MPI-CH over P4
and which can interoperate with unix MPI-CH over P4, if you configure it.

it is commercially supported under the name
Patent MPI 4.0 through Genias.de
