Hello,
	I've run into a strange problem on our new cluster of
alpha pcs running mpich on a linux platform.  I can start jobs
from all nodes but the master node with no problem.  When
I try to start a job from the master node, with the intention
of using the master node as a compute node, I get the message

rm_446:  p4_error: rm_start: net_conn_to_listener failed: 13666 

	I can start jobs not using the master node using the
"-nolocal" option with the ch_p4 server.

	Has anyone any experience with this?
