Hello,

Can someone tell me what benchmark used in the Top500 list of
supercomputers (www.top500.org)? I downloaded SLbench from Netlib and
already have all the necessary ScaLAPACK components installed.

If SLbench is acceptable (it uses a driver called xdlutime), how are the
results represented? The Top500 list has the ASCI Red machine at Sandia
NL with a performance of 2121.3 MFLOP/S for the largest possible problem
on that machine. Is this number normalized by the number of processors
used (9472)?

Thanks for any help.
