Hi,

I am experimenting with a PVM of 11 Pentium PCs running Linux. When I
run pvm on my local machine and type "add linux1", I get an error
"libpvm [t40001]: pvm_addhosts(): Pvmd system error", and a new pvmd
process is activated on my local machine! I can add some of the slave
machines, but not others. Has anyone seen this problem before? I would
be very grateful for any suggestions on how to fix this problem.

Thanks in advance

Gavin Cawley
