Dear colleagues,

We have developed and implemented (currently, on top of MPI)
a programming environment, named mpC, facilitating and supporting
efficiently portable modular parallel programming, especially, for
heterogeneous networks of computers.

mpC allows to write parallel applications adaptable to underlying
hardware.
