I am interested in porting PVM to run over a new communication
layer. Most of the porting information I have found (at netlib,
for example) addresses ports to new/different OSs and so it is
a lot more complicated (I hope!) than my port will need to be.

After reading the documentation, it would appear that I need to
write the macros in pvmmimd.h (ASYNCRECV,ASYNCSEND, etc.) in
my own message-passing language. Is that correct, and what else
will I need to do?
