Hello,

I am trying to use xpvm with pvm3.4.
The pvm3 installation went fine and pvm works fine.
I then compiled the latest xpvm without problems
However when I execute xpvm, it dumps core as follows:

>> xpvm
New PVMD started... XPVM connected as TID=0x40001.
Setting up XPVM Group... done.
[globs.tcl][procs.tcl][util.tcl]
Initializing XPVM..............
Pid 24747 received a SIGSEGV for stack growth failure.
Possible causes: insufficient memory or swap space,
or stack size exceeded maxssiz.
Segmentation fault

Now I don't believe it's really a lack of memory
that is causing the error - I am on a rather big
HP workstation. Can someone think of other possible
reasons for this failure.

Thanks for any help.
Prasad
