Dear all,

A new version of the mpC programming environment
running on top of both LAM and MPICH is now available
at http://www.ispras.ru/~mpc.

By now mpC leaves to be the only tool supporting
easy EFFICIENTLY-PORTABLE modular parallel programming
heterogeneous networks of computers.

Efficiently-portable application is such a portable application
that runs efficiently on any particular parallel machine
utilizing completely its total performance potential.
In other words, efficient portability means a portability
without loss of efficiency, and efficiently-portable
applications are adaptable to peculiarities of particular
target parallel computer systems.
