Pvm-trecv isnīt working in windows.
I define the variable of the type timeval with tmout.tv_sec=100
then put pvm_trecv(...,...,&tmout) exactly as the manual
and it acts well when it has messeges already waiting, then returns only
zeros without
any waiting and receives nothing else.

Did anyone had this type of problem. What can i do ?
