Hello,

	I am having the problem that pvmd3 is giving an error: 
		mpp_init() can't create msg buffer: No space left on device
but there is space on /tmp (and all other disk partitions, for that matter).
I tried, just to be sure, to set PVMBUFSIZE to 5, and I still got that error.

I'm running it on an architecture SUNMP.  It works on the other SUNMPs in our
group, just one of them is giving a problem.  

		Anyone else ever have this problem?
