I am having a strange error. Aparently the pvmd runs out
of space to handle tasks. The error is

libpvm [pid10805]: pvmbeatask() shmget: No space left on device

I have made sure that:
a) There are no excessive number of tasks running (by
   restarting the pvmd)

b) There are no open files (which could cause the OS to refuse
   new handles.

Anyone ever run into this?

Cheers
