The command to add a host is:
pvm> add "machine.domain dx=d:\pvm3.4\lib\win32\pvmd3.exe"

No rsh needed on the client. On the server side, use Ataman rsh
daemon. Make sure you enable your master host to connect the server.
If the server is a NT box, also make sure you have the right to
connect as a service.
