Hi,

I can start pvm on my Windows95 machine but can't add a Unix host. The
hoster complains about not finding PVM_RSH in the environment and then
halts. The hoster has to be killed then.

Adding the Win machine from the Unix machine doesn't work either,
although it is no problem to add other Unix machines.

This happens with pvm3.3 for Win32 on the Windows95 machine and
pvm3.3.11 with the two patches for startup.c and ddpro.c applied on a
SUN Ultra running Solaris 2.5
