Hello,

first you have to enter the command line

%PVM_ROOT%\lib\win32\pvmd3.exe [debug-flags] hostfile

in a "Windows shell" like COMMAND.EXE or 4NT.EXE. This shell blocks
and shows you internal informations of the PVM daemon. Afterwards
you can start PVM.EXE in another shell or by the start menue entry.

greetings,

	Claus
