[ I've tried for at least a week to get this to work, so i wasn't begging to
be stepped though it right away. =). ]

I have PVM3.4b6 running on NT, and PVM3.3.11 on linux.  They both work when
a run them locally.   I also have a RSHd running on the NT box, checked that
out.. works perfectly.

When i try to add the NT box from the linux box, this is what happens:

pvm> add "zaphod dx=C:\pvm3.4\lib\win32\pvmd3.exe"
0 successful
                    HOST     DTID
zaphod dx=C:\pvm3.4\lib\win32\pvmd3.exe Can't start pvmd

This occers after the NT box thinks for a few seconds.

Could someone please give me some easy step-by-step instructions on what I
should do?  I'm no networking expert.
