Hi all!

We're starting the pvmd demon within our application code using function
pvm_start_pvmd(). We do so because we want pvmd be fully controlled by
our program. We were very surprised as on starting it a window with a
dos box opened with feedback of the starting process.

My questions:
    Is it possible to open a master demon without any visual feedback on
the screen!
    Is there an option for this purpose or something else!
