Let me see ....

You say the patches are in the "win32" directory, so I guess they're to be applied
to
the PVM files on WinNT/95 machines. The way it works in unix is, you would say

"patch patch_file_name" and I guess it should be similar on NT as well. Look for
the executable
file, probably "patch.exe".

I use pvm3.4beta.. on Redhat 5.1 and everything has been pretty much as they were
with pvm3.3,  so I have no complaints.
