Hello all,

I was wondering if anyone could give me a little help.  I am writing
an application which will need to start and stop PVM on its own.  I
already know that this can be done with the "Pvm_start_pvmd" routine.
The problem is that I need to be able to find out before I use this
routine whether PVM is already running or not.  Does anyone know how
to do this?
