This is simple. When closing the console use 'halt' otherwise it will
cause problems you have mentioned. All you have to do is delete
temporal files the console uses. They should be in a tmp folder you
specified while installing PVM. The name should by like this:
pvmd.UserName
pvml.UserName

mine are pvml.Elwood, pvmd.Elwood.
