I used PVM first about 5 years ago. And I installed and tested PVM code
on various archietectures such as Linux, Sun, Solaris, Irix, Dec Unix,
Alpha Linux, SP2, CrayC90, CrayT3E, Win95, Win98, WinNT etc. I tested
various ways on windows systems by all knowledge about PVM. But I think
windows version of PVM has various problems than Unix machines. I
experienced other problems except the startup problems, but I don't want
to say about the problems because that may be my own problem.. But if
someone post about the problems occurring in win-pvm, I will discuss
about it.

I decided to ignore the windows version of PVM. Instead I install Linux
rather than windows PVM because it need the less time to use Linux than
to debeg win-pvm on windows.
