Are there any PVM based tools to measure the total utilization of the
parallel network? XPVM has a graphical tool that shows the utilization
of the system at any time instant. Are there any routines that could
read the trace file and let one average over time to get the average
utilization? I believe that would be useful information to gauge the
effectiveness of a parallel implementation.
