That is exactly the same place where I get mine. In
http://www.netlib.org/pvm3 , there is an download link for
pvm3/pvm3.4.0.tgz. It is also described that
        for     Source code for PVM version 3.4.0 (tar|gzip format).
        #       This is a binary file; don't try to get it via email.
        #       Last updated 3/16/99 (920330 bytes).
The problem is I always get pvm3_4_0.exe.
