Hello,

  1) Are there any internals docs on PVM trace facility, i.e. how
         it is implemented, its functionality??

  2) Are #defines like TEV_SEND0, TEV_MCAST0, i.e. TEV_*0, TEV_*1
        obsolete?? I have some code with defines in the code and
        I guess I will have to rewrite!??
