We are students from Electronics Engineering at UNSA university (a
university in Arequipa Peru).  We are working in a project trying to
implement a laboratory for parallel processing, We count with a budget
of $30 000 (thirty thousands dollars), and we will really appreciate
if you could help us for the best configuration and sending more
information for the success of the project.

We would appreciate your colaboration and your answer as soon as
