We have been using the ST20450 for the last 2 years and my feelings are
mixed. I love the performance of the part, but its bugs and poor support
is enough to drive anyone to drink.

Last buy notice has been issued for ALL transputer parts and development
systems, including the ST20450, T425, T400, T225 C011, C012, Dx314a, dx414a,
dx305, etc.

I feel it is foolish to continue any development effort with an obsolete,
buggy part, reguardless of how committed you are to it at this time.

I am scheduling a redesign later this year to remove the ST20450 from
our products, to what I am not sure. Except it will be a mainstream
processor from a state side manufacure with real support.
