Hi Alex,

Been a while.  The TCOFF (Transputer Common Object File Format) documentation
are on Hensa under the documentation for their Occam Compiler.	They have
weird numbers for all of there documentation (internal reports).  If you
still can't find them, let me know and I will send you a copy.
