I may be able to help - I worked for Parsys Ltd. until its demise.

If the user has a Parsys T9000 box, then it will have a model number on
it from the SN94xx, SN95xx or SN98xx ranges. I suggest you get them to
email me, with as much detail about what they have as they can scrape
together, and I'll see what I can do.
