Thanks to Chris Gray, we now have Helios 1.2 (with the 1.2.1 update) along
with its corresponding X11R4 distribution.  This leaves us with the following
missing items:

> - ethernet II v1.0 (1 disc)
> - UFS (1 disc)
> - X supplement (1 disc)

> and maybe for archival purposes:
> - helios 1.2 -> 1.2.2 patch
> - termcap
