• 1.1 Outline

Start with a quick outline of the article's organizational format.
• 1.2 Summary of Conclusions

A summary of your conclusions so readers can get to the bottom-line quickly.
Includes comparison table(s) that compares the software products using the criteria list or subset(s) thereof should be included.
Which includes hyperlinks to NHSE catalog entries or redirected hyperlinks to vendor.
• 1.3 Introduction

An introduction to your material.

• Describe/explain the criteria used to evaluate the software (how they where chosen, etc.).

• Describe the software packages available.

• Describe the software packages available.

• Make your conclusions and recommendations regarding the software packages available. Before finishing up the review, you should also send them to the software developers for comments and corrections.

• If used, should be just before the Glossary of Terms and References.

• Should be just before the References and each term/phrase in the text needs to be hyperlinked to the term/phrase in the Glossary. (i.e. Heterogeneous.)

• Needs to be last piece and each reference in the text of the paper needs to be hyperlinked to the reference citation.

The basic components of the reference citation:

Author's Last Name, First Name (if known). "Title of Work." (in quotation marks, if known), date of work/revision (if known, followed by a period). Title of Complete Work. (journal, newsletter, conference, WWWeb site, etc. in italics, < ;cite>, if known) volume number, issue number, or other identifying number, any print publication information, italicized & dated where appropriate [Published in...], [protocol & address] (with no closing punctuation) [path] (with no closing p unctuation) (access date) (in parentheses).

WWW Sites (World Wide Web)

WWW Sound or Video Files (World Wide Web)

Creator's name (if). "Description of Work." (or title if part of a collection) creation date (if, followed by a period). Title of Complete Work or Collection. (if) any print publication information, [Linked from] [3] [protocol & address] the full http URL (followed by size of file enclosed in square brackets, i.e. http://www.hartford-hwp.com/taino/coqui.wav [91k])

FTP Sites (File Transfer Protocol)

Telnet Sites (Sites and Files available via the telnet protocol)

Gopher Sites (Information available via gopher protocols)

Usenet Newsgroup, including archives

Synchronous Communications (MOOs, MUDs, IRC, etc.)

Any thing that can be done in WWWeb protocol, should be listed with full URL. All URLs should be active links, i.e.
