NAME
     tracesort - Sort AIMS trace files

SYNOPSIS
     tracesort filename

DESCRIPTION
     tracesort sorts the events in one raw AIMS  trace  file  and
     sends  the  sorted  file to stdout.  This output needs to be
     redirected to another file. An example of this  is  as  fol-
     lows:
          tracesort TRACE.OUT > TRACE.SORT

     Since the VK does not visualize trace files  from  the  host
     process,  tracesort  does not handle the merging of node and
     host trace files.
