RTExpress
- Abstract
- RTExpress (Real-Time Express) is an environment for that allows MATLAB scripts to be compiled and executed in real-time on parallel high-performace machines. The parallelization is almost transparent to the user. With a small amount of interaction with RTExpress, the user can have MATLAB m-files execute on multiple nodes of a parallel machine without knowing the details of parallel computing. MATLAB m-files are converted to C-code and linked with the MPI library. The executable is subsequently run on the parallel machine.
