Xpatch
- Abstract
- Xpatch is a state-of-the-art code for generating the
radar cross section of complex targets (SAR data generation).
It has a user-friendly graphical interface, and handles
multiple bounce and diffration effects. It works with
realistic CAD target models based on facets, curved
surfaces, or constructive geometries, and is based
on SBR method. The CD comes with version Xpatch version
2.4 and FISC version 1.0. FISC is a package that performs
low frequency radar cross section calculations. The
Exact Method of Moments technique utilizing the fast
multipole method is employed by FISC. FISC is a useful
tool for the exact solution of low frequency scattering
calculations.
