The following is a description of an idebug action which may initially
confuse users who place source code in include files rather than just
constants.
 
When using the monitor page F key to locate to a source file, idebug
will locate to the first source code line for which object code has
been produced.  If this corresponds to source code within an include
file, idebug will automatically enter the include file.  This may
leave the user wondering why they are not in the requested source file
- merely using the EXITFILE key will enable the user to exit to the
enclosing source file.
